Our Membership Just Got Upgraded!

We are excited to tell you about some upgrades we are making to our Membership plan!
During the last year as we have switched over to the new software platform, we have struggled to get our existing Membership plan and the functionality of the new system to be cohesive. We’ve tried to force the system to do things the way we have always done and we’ve built out several other membership models and tested them. Now we feel like we’ve come up with a plan that is easy to understand and manage and provides more value to our Members!
Membership Features
• Discounts on every service
• Unused sessions roll over for 12 months
• Share membership with immediate family
• Use at both locations
• Month to Month agreement
The next time you come in for your regular session, we will have an updated agreement ready for you to review. Below are the details of the changes we’ve made.
- One thing that isn’t changing is that this is still a month-to-month auto-renewing contract. So you won’t notice any changes there.
- What is changing is instead of acquiring credits to use towards massages that expire 60 days after purchase, your credit with us will just continually roll over for you up to 12 months to use at your convenience.
- As long as your account is active and in good standing, you can utilize your credit towards sessions at the discounted rate. Once you cancel or payments stop, you have 60 days to use the credit left in your account.
We feel that this is a much better system for you because it prevents clients from losing any value and gives more flexibility for scheduling. Of course, if you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out to the front desk, or directly to myself at [email protected].
All of the other perks of Membership with us will remain. You can still share it with your immediate family and come in as often as you like at the Member rate. And you can still use credit at both of our locations.
