In these sessions we will video conference with you over Skype or FaceTime to assess what has been aggravating pain for you.

We’ll work with you to develop a series of movements, stretches, and even hands-on techniques tailored to your specific needs.

What to Do Before Your Session

  • Get a diagnosis if you’re experiencing severe or persistent pain.
  • Take note of activities that aggravate or provide relief for you.
  • Make sure that your smart phone or computer is charged and ready to go.
  • If you haven’t used Skype or FaceTime before, please try out the service with a friend or relative before your appointment. We want your appointment focused on you and not the technology.
