What to Expect During Your Session
In these sessions we will video conference with you over Skype or FaceTime to assess what has been aggravating pain for you.
We’ll work with you to develop a series of movements, stretches, and even hands-on techniques tailored to your specific needs.
What to Do Before Your Session
- Get a diagnosis if you’re experiencing severe or persistent pain.
- Take note of activities that aggravate or provide relief for you.
- Make sure that your smart phone or computer is charged and ready to go.
- If you haven’t used Skype or FaceTime before, please try out the service with a friend or relative before your appointment. We want your appointment focused on you and not the technology.
