My work is a fusion of structural techniques, Ortho-Bionomy, Deep Tissue, and Cranial Sacral techniques. The approach addresses many skeleton-muscular dysfunctions: back and headache pain, rotator cuff dysfunctions, scoliosis, and hypermobile joints. I have had a lot of success working to help with postsurgical pain, TMJ, and whiplash injuries. Athletes with sports injuries, active folks, and those wanting to address chronic or acute pain will benefit a lot from my work. If you have had surgeries or are anticipating surgeries this work is ideal. I have worked with clients post heart valve replacements, heart attacks, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. This work is deeply relaxing and healing. It is non-invasive, and does not cause pain, nor does it use painful techniques to release pain. I am excited to be working with you here at Loosen Up Bodywork.

Comprehensive deep tissue therapy for maximum relief from muscle pain and stiffness, using sustained compression, myofascial release, and trigger point techniques.
Sports massage encompasses many modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, and the appropriate technique is selected based on the client’s training, competition, and recovery schedules. For example, if you are competing the day after your appointment, aggressive deep tissue work may hinder your performance by inducing inflammation. In such cases, medium-pressure circulatory work would be a better choice for preparation.
Deep tissue massage is an umbrella term used to describe results-oriented bodywork, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular work, and sustained compression. Your therapist may use other techniques to achieve the goal of reaching all affected layers of tissue.
Deep Tissue Massage uses various techniques like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy to access deep muscle layers and provide relief from tension, pain, and muscle knots. It aims to improve flexibility and circulation.
Same as above, but for a longer duration to provide deeper relief and relaxation. Targeting stubborn muscle tension, pain, and stress through effective deep tissue techniques.
