Athletics and physicality have always been a huge part of my life, and that passion naturally led me to massage therapy. I’m fascinated by what our bodies are capable of, and I’m dedicated to helping people feel their best within their own. In each session, I draw from a range of massage techniques to create a personalized experience tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I’m currently enrolled in an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy program to further enhance my skillset and provide comprehensive, informed bodywork that supports lasting physical health and well-being.

A soothing relaxation massage that focuses on stress reduction, gentle muscle tension relief, and promoting a calm, peaceful state of mind.

Sports massage encompasses many modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, and the appropriate technique is selected based on the client’s training, competition, and recovery schedules. For example, if you are competing the day after your appointment, aggressive deep tissue work may hinder your performance by inducing inflammation. In such cases, medium-pressure circulatory work would be a better choice for preparation.

Deep tissue massage is an umbrella term used to describe results-oriented bodywork, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular work, and sustained compression. Your therapist may use other techniques to achieve the goal of reaching all affected layers of tissue.

Deep Tissue Massage uses various techniques like Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy to access deep muscle layers and provide relief from tension, pain, and muscle knots. It aims to improve flexibility and circulation.

Same as above, but for a longer duration to provide deeper relief and relaxation. Targeting stubborn muscle tension, pain, and stress through effective deep tissue techniques.
